Product Specifications: Our company can fabricate large containers ranging from DN4800 to DN25000mm with a holding volume ≤3000 cubic meters on-site.
Processing Technology: Large storage tanks are processed using either vertical winding or horizontal winding. Our company currently primarily uses vertical winding. Compared to horizontal winding, vertical winding successfully solves the problems of large-diameter tanks not being able to be wound as a whole and insufficient on-site space. Furthermore, vertical demolding avoids inversion during demolding, ensuring product quality.
Advantages: Solves the problem of transportation limitations due to road space constraints.
Production Conditions: Large containers require the production equipment to be transported to the customer's on-site processing. Therefore, the customer needs to provide the following convenient processing conditions:
Sufficient container foundation for installation
Processing area >10*15m
Power interface at the edge of the processing area, voltage 380V/220V, power: ≥30KW
Fire water source within 100m
