  Sand and Dust Resistance: Our products feature a compact design and smooth surface, making them resistant to sand and dust and easy to clean. For products requiring sealing, we utilize enhanced sealing technology.

  We fully understand and strictly adhere to EU environmental directives. We promise:

  All raw materials comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations.

  Delivery Time: Standard products are typically shipped within 15-30 days after contract confirmation. Customized products are subject to negotiation based on complexity.

  Packing: We have extensive export experience. Depending on the product's characteristics, we use a variety of methods, including reinforced wooden crates/iron frames, moisture-proof packaging, and internal cushioning to ensure the safety of our goods during long-distance ocean transportation and multiple loading and unloading operations. Transportation insurance is also provided.

• Will these products age in outdoor use? How long can they last?

  All FRP products are formulated with UV inhibitors and anti-aging agents during production to effectively slow down outdoor aging. Under normal operating conditions, their design lifespan is typically over 20 years. The specific lifespan depends on the severity of the operating environment.

• How can I repair minor surface damage or minor damage?

  Minor damage can be repaired. Contact our after-sales technicians, who will provide professional repair materials and detailed instructions. The typical steps include cleaning the damaged area, applying specialized resin and fiberglass mat in layers, and sanding the repair after curing. The process is simple.

• Is transportation and installation easy after purchase?

  Very easy. The product's light weight significantly reduces transportation and lifting costs. Large equipment (such as tanks and water tanks) typically adopts a modular design and is assembled on-site. We provide professional installation guidance to ensure accurate and efficient completion.

• How do I clean and maintain FRP products?

  Daily maintenance is simple; simply rinse with water or a neutral detergent to restore the surface to a clean surface. Unlike metal, it does not require regular anti-corrosion treatment (such as painting), saving you significant maintenance time and costs. Regular inspection of joint seals is recommended.

• Will the product freeze crack when used in cold regions?

  Fiberglass products have excellent resistance to thermal expansion and contraction, and their low-temperature toughness surpasses that of many traditional materials. Unless the internal water freezes completely and generates significant expansion stress, the product itself is not susceptible to freeze cracking. For equipment such as storage tanks used in extremely cold regions year-round, we consider insulation and anti-freeze measures during the design phase.
